WingForteは、スイスのInnovaforte GmbHが開発・運営する航空分野のイニシアチブおよびプラットフォームです。本ページでは、WingForteのウェブサイトが現在取り扱う情報をわかりやすく説明します。

WingForteは現在も開発中です。新しい機能の導入に伴い、それらのサービスが情報をどのように取り扱い保護するかを反映して本notice を更新します。

お送りいただく情報

応募フォームまたはお問い合わせフォームをご利用の場合、氏名、メールアドレス、職務、拠点空港、機種経験、稼働可能時期、備考などの入力内容を受領します。これらはお問い合わせの確認と返信のみに使用します。サイトアシスタントに入力されたメッセージは、回答生成のために処理されます。

技術情報

他のウェブサイトと同様に、ホスティングおよびインフラ事業者がIPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス日時などの技術情報を記録します。運用、セキュリティ、障害対応に使用します。

Cookieおよび類似技術

追跡型Cookieではなく、最小限のブラウザストレージのみを使用しています。

  • 必須 — プライバシー選択と言語の記憶、およびアカウントをお持ちの場合のログイン状態の維持に使用します。サイトの動作に不可欠です。
  • 分析・広告なし — 現在、本サイトでは分析、広告、第三者トラッキング技術は使用していません。変更がある場合は本ページを更新し、事前に同意を求めます。

サービス提供者

当社に代わって情報を取り扱う事業者：Lovableおよび Cloudflare（ホスティング・配信）、Supabase（データベース、アカウント、ファイル保管）、Resend（通知メール送信）、サイトアシスタントが利用するAI事業者。外部リンク（LinkedIn、Facebook、Instagram、面談予約ページなど）に進んだ場合は、当該第三者のプライバシーおよびCookieの取扱いが適用されます。

国外への移転

一部の事業者はスイス国外で情報を取り扱います。十分な保護水準が認められていない国へ移転する場合は、認められた契約条項などの適切な保護措置、またはその他の適法な根拠に基づきます。

保存期間

情報は取得目的および法令・記録保持義務のために合理的に必要な期間のみ保存します。継続的な関係に至らないお問い合わせは定期的に見直し、削除または匿名化します。

セキュリティ

情報とリスクに応じた合理的な技術的・組織的措置を講じています。インターネット上の送信・保存を完全に安全と保証することはできません。

お客様の権利

適用法に従い、アクセス、訂正、削除または制限、可搬性のあるコピーの提供を請求でき、将来の処理に対する同意を撤回できます。wing@innovaforte.com までご連絡ください。

本noticeはスイス連邦データ保護法（DSG/LPD）を踏まえ、適用される場合はGDPRも考慮して作成しています。正式なデータ保護責任者は選任していません。ご請求は上記の連絡先で対応します。

変更

WingForteの発展に応じて本ページを更新します。今後の機能（パイロット・乗務員プロフィール、顧客情報、機体情報、スケジュール、予約、決済、運航関連の連絡など）は、実際に稼働した時点でここに記載します。

将来のログイン型プラットフォーム

ログイン型の WingForte プラットフォーム（パイロット・乗員プロフィール、資格、機体情報、スケジュール、予約など）はまだ開発中です。現在の公開サイトでは、パスポート、ライセンスのスキャン、航空身体検査証明、規制関連記録を求めることはありません。これらの機能が公開された際に本通知を更新します。

WingForte is a platform developed and operated by Innovaforte GmbH.

In this Policy, “WingForte” includes the WingForte Surface to Air™ initiative unless otherwise stated. Surface to Air™ is a branded initiative operated as part of the WingForte platform by Innovaforte GmbH and is not a separate legal entity.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the WingForte website, early-access applications, contact forms and related communications.

Separate or supplementary privacy information may apply once authenticated platform services, pilot profiles, bookings, billing, credential verification or other operational services are introduced.

3. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with WingForte, we may collect:

  • name and contact details;
  • employer, organisation and professional role;
  • country, base airport and aviation interests;
  • information submitted through application and contact forms;
  • correspondence and support requests;
  • technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and access logs;
  • cookie and analytics information, where enabled;
  • information necessary to review early-access applications.

We do not currently request passports, pilot licences, medical certificates or other sensitive aviation documents through the public website unless expressly indicated.

4. Purposes

We may process personal data to:

  • operate and secure the website;
  • respond to enquiries;
  • review early-access applications;
  • communicate with applicants and prospective partners;
  • manage professional and commercial relationships;
  • improve the website and services;
  • prevent misuse and investigate security incidents;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. Basis and principles of processing

We process personal data where necessary to respond to a request, prepare or perform a contract, pursue legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations, or where consent has been provided. We seek to process only data that is relevant and proportionate to the stated purpose.

6. Service providers

We may use service providers for:

  • website hosting and application development;
  • cloud infrastructure and databases;
  • domain and security services;
  • business email;
  • analytics;
  • application forms;
  • transactional communications;
  • customer relationship management;
  • professional advice.

Providers may include Lovable, Cloudflare, Microsoft, Supabase and other providers introduced as the platform develops. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.

7. International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside Switzerland. Where personal data is transferred to a country without a recognised adequate level of protection, we will use an appropriate legal safeguard where required, such as recognised contractual clauses, or rely on another lawful exception.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose, including legal, contractual, security and record-keeping obligations. Early-access applications that do not lead to a continuing relationship will normally be reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably required.

9. Cookies and analytics

WingForte may use essential cookies required for operation and security. Analytics, marketing or other non-essential technologies will only be enabled and managed in accordance with applicable requirements. Available cookie choices will be presented where necessary.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

  • information about whether we process your personal data;
  • access to your personal data;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion or restriction where legally available;
  • delivery of certain data in a portable format;
  • withdrawal of consent for future processing;
  • review of certain automated decisions, where applicable.

11. Automated decisions

WingForte does not currently make decisions producing significant legal or similarly substantial effects solely through automated processing. If automated matching, verification or decision-making is introduced, affected individuals will be provided with appropriate information and available review rights.

12. Security

We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the risks involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as WingForte develops. The current version will be published on this page with its revision date.
