WingForte is an aviation initiative and platform developed and operated by Innovaforte GmbH, Switzerland. This page explains, in plain terms, what information the WingForte website processes today.
WingForte is under active development. As new platform features are introduced, this notice will be updated to reflect how those services process and protect information.
Who is responsible
Innovaforte GmbH, Schluhmattstrasse 160, 3920 Zermatt, Switzerland, is responsible for personal data processed through this website. Privacy questions and requests: wing@innovaforte.com.
Information you send us
If you use the application or contact form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, professional role, base airport, aircraft experience, availability and any notes. We use them only to review your enquiry and reply to you. Messages you type into the website assistant are processed to generate an answer.
Technical information
Like any website, our hosting and infrastructure providers record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps. This is used for operation, security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small amount of browser storage rather than tracking cookies.
- Strictly necessary — Remembering your privacy preference and selected language, and keeping you signed in if you have a platform account. This storage is required for the site to work.
- Analytics — Only with your permission, where enabled, to understand aggregate website usage and improve the platform. No analytics or advertising trackers are currently active on this site.
Service providers
We work with providers who process information on our behalf: Lovable and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Supabase (database, accounts and file storage), Resend (email delivery for notifications) and an AI provider used by the website assistant. Where you follow an external link — for example LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or our meeting-booking page — that third party's own privacy and cookie practices apply.
International transfers
Some providers process information outside Switzerland. Where a country is not recognised as offering an adequate level of protection, we rely on an appropriate safeguard such as recognised contractual clauses, or another lawful basis.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for legal or record-keeping obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a continuing relationship are reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and the risks involved. No internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction, a portable copy, and you may withdraw consent for future processing. Write to wing@innovaforte.com.
Applicable law
This notice is written with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG/LPD) in mind, and the GDPR where it applies. We have not appointed a formal Data Protection Officer; privacy requests are handled at the address above.
Changes
We update this page as WingForte develops. Future platform functionality — such as pilot and crew profiles, client records, aircraft information, scheduling, bookings, payments and operational communications — will be described here once it is actually in use.

WingForte is a platform developed and operated by Innovaforte GmbH.
In this Policy, “WingForte” includes the WingForte Surface to Air™ initiative unless otherwise stated. Surface to Air™ is a branded initiative operated as part of the WingForte platform by Innovaforte GmbH and is not a separate legal entity.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the WingForte website, early-access applications, contact forms and related communications.
Separate or supplementary privacy information may apply once authenticated platform services, pilot profiles, bookings, billing, credential verification or other operational services are introduced.
3. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with WingForte, we may collect:
- name and contact details;
- employer, organisation and professional role;
- country, base airport and aviation interests;
- information submitted through application and contact forms;
- correspondence and support requests;
- technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and access logs;
- cookie and analytics information, where enabled;
- information necessary to review early-access applications.
We do not currently request passports, pilot licences, medical certificates or other sensitive aviation documents through the public website unless expressly indicated.
4. Purposes
We may process personal data to:
- operate and secure the website;
- respond to enquiries;
- review early-access applications;
- communicate with applicants and prospective partners;
- manage professional and commercial relationships;
- improve the website and services;
- prevent misuse and investigate security incidents;
- comply with legal obligations;
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. Basis and principles of processing
We process personal data where necessary to respond to a request, prepare or perform a contract, pursue legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations, or where consent has been provided. We seek to process only data that is relevant and proportionate to the stated purpose.

We may use service providers for:
- website hosting and application development;
- cloud infrastructure and databases;
- domain and security services;
- business email;
- analytics;
- application forms;
- transactional communications;
- customer relationship management;
- professional advice.
Providers may include Lovable, Cloudflare, Microsoft, Supabase and other providers introduced as the platform develops. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.
7. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside Switzerland. Where personal data is transferred to a country without a recognised adequate level of protection, we will use an appropriate legal safeguard where required, such as recognised contractual clauses, or rely on another lawful exception.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose, including legal, contractual, security and record-keeping obligations. Early-access applications that do not lead to a continuing relationship will normally be reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably required.
9. Cookies and analytics
WingForte may use essential cookies required for operation and security. Analytics, marketing or other non-essential technologies will only be enabled and managed in accordance with applicable requirements. Available cookie choices will be presented where necessary.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- information about whether we process your personal data;
- access to your personal data;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion or restriction where legally available;
- delivery of certain data in a portable format;
- withdrawal of consent for future processing;
- review of certain automated decisions, where applicable.

11. Automated decisions
WingForte does not currently make decisions producing significant legal or similarly substantial effects solely through automated processing. If automated matching, verification or decision-making is introduced, affected individuals will be provided with appropriate information and available review rights.
12. Security
We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the risks involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as WingForte develops. The current version will be published on this page with its revision date.
