WingForte is currently a business name and technology platform operated by Innovaforte GmbH. References to “WingForte,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean Innovaforte GmbH unless expressly stated otherwise.

“WingForte” includes the WingForte Surface to Air™ initiative unless otherwise stated. Surface to Air™ is a branded initiative operated as part of the WingForte platform by Innovaforte GmbH and is not a separate legal entity.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about WingForte and allows interested persons and organisations to apply for early access or contact us. Submission of an application does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance or confer access to any service. We may accept, decline or request further information regarding an application at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. No aviation or operational advice

Information provided through the public website is general information only. It must not be relied upon as:

  • flight-planning advice;
  • dispatch instructions;
  • aviation safety advice;
  • confirmation of pilot qualifications;
  • regulatory or compliance advice;
  • legal, tax, insurance or financial advice.

Pilots, aircraft owners, operators and other users remain responsible for independently confirming all legal, licensing, qualification, operational, safety and insurance requirements.

4. Early-stage services

Certain functions shown or described on the website may be:

  • under development;
  • available only to selected early-access users;
  • presented as demonstrations;
  • subject to change;
  • dependent on third-party providers.

Labels such as “soon,” “planned” or “early access” indicate that the feature may not yet be operational.

5. User submissions

You must ensure that information submitted through the website is accurate, lawful and not misleading. You must not submit information that:

  • interfere with the website or its security;
  • scrape or systematically extract information without permission;
  • reverse engineer protected application components except where legally permitted;

  • use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

The website may depend on or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, the courts at the registered seat of Innovaforte GmbH shall have jurisdiction.
